General Cancellation Policy
- A training participant is obliged to cancel their attendance in written form, but only with the written consent of the person who ordered the training, usually the employer of the participant. By mutual agreement, the training provider can offer an alternative training date in the future, which does not need to be paid again. This cannot be applied to Redhat and AWS courses, there are different organizational procedures.
- The training provider has the right to change the date of the training in case of serious technical or organizational reasons.
